I. General

• Our vet products can only be sold to Qualified Vets, Veterinary Surgeon from a registered veterinary practice premises, Registered Veterinary Clinic, Hospital or Institutions. If you are unsure if you qualify as any of the above, please contact us for more information.
• All product photos on the website are for reference only. Actual products and packaging may slightly vary.
• A full refund or a replacement product is provided when an order is not received.
• Orders may be refunded under certain circumstances. Refunds are given at our own discretion.
• United Pharmacies and its employees bear no liability in connected with any goods purchased from this website.

II. Return

United Pharmacies will do everything we can to make sure your order arrives in good condition, but this may not always be the case, unfortunately. If you are dissatisfied with your order as a result of our error, we will refund the full amount of your purchase. These errors include orders containing incorrect items, defective medication, or damaged products. If you are unhappy with your order do not hesitate to contact us by e-mail, through our Contact Us page, or by telephone (852) 2441 1593 during regular office hours. If we are unable to answer your call, please leave a voicemail and we will contact you as soon as possible.

To ensure the fastest refund please make sure the medication is in its original unopened and unused packaging. As soon as the returned items are received by our office we will provide your refund after inspecting the package to make sure the medication is unused or has not been tampered with.
